Todd Morton, Owner & Realtor has spent the majority of his 40+ years as a resident of Virginia Beach. Having attending both Kingston and Kings Grant Elementary, Lynnhaven Jr. High, and then graduating with honors from First Colonial High School in 1997, Todd is a "TRUE", local product of the VB community.

He consistently ranks in the Top 15% of over 8,500 Realtors in Hampton Roads, VA and have been recognized by the Hampton Roads Realtors Association (HRRA) several times for achieving their prestigious Circle of Excellence status since entering real estate full-time in 2020. Prior to real estate, Todd spent 25+ years in the sales and marketing world and worked for several well-known, local companies including: WAVY TV-10, Dominion Enterprises, FM99 & 106.9 The Fox, and also spent several years with award winning digital marketing agency's here in Virginia Beach, VA. When he's not selling real estate you can find him out and about throughout Virginia Beach promoting his Facebook community group, We Love VB and enjoying everything our beautiful coastal city has to offer.
