Virginia Beach Property Management - The Morton Group
We have recently started our Property Management division!! The property management business has always seemed lacking to me. Long before I got into real estate professionally, I was what I refer to now as a "serial renter". I specifically rented several properties in Virginia Beach and dealt with numerous property management companies during my time as a renter and the one commonality that they all shared was that they all had a complete lack of customer service. Communication was limited and difficult. Nobody enjoys being passed around from person to person to get simple answers to simple questions. I am looking to change the stigmatism that the Property Management industry is associated with. Both from client management to tenant management. Both should be treated equally and with respect.
